Digital Menu Boards

TouchMenu syncs with your TouchPoint EPoS system to display a live digital menu or specials board that is always up-to-date. It lets customers know what's on the menu, what the price is and whets their appetite. Make changes on the go or let TouchPoint automatically remove items that are out of stock.

CollectionPoint Display Screens

When orders are placed CollectionPoint displays 'open' orders on a screen or monitor. Customers can take a seat and keep an eye on their order's progress in the queue. When the meal is ready for collection, the CollectionPoint can prompt the customer to approach the counter.

Self Service

Customers can independently use the interactive touchscreen menu to place their order and pay in-store without the assistance of staff. Self Service can be used on kiosks, table-mounted pads or drive through screens.

Driver Management

Orders from the ICRTouch till system can be allocated to available delivery drivers, including customer name, order details, address, directions and payment information. Drivers can login to the system as they return to become available for further orders.

The TouchTakeaway Commander app brings TouchTakeaway to the hands of businesses who are not ready to take on a fully featured EPoS solution. Another way for users to manage their TouchTakeaway orders, the application can be loaded onto a low-cost tablet to allow management of orders as they arrive.
