Tender Processing



TILLMAX has a systematic approach to handle Public Tenders in Sri Lanka.

Tenders usually refer to the process whereby government invite bids for large projects that must be submitted within a finite deadline. There are Standards, Procedures and Guidance for the Procurement in a Tender which complies with National Procurement Law and Regulations.

TILLMAX has been successful in Tenders since we possess competence and capability to manage them accordingly from inception to the completion.

When goods, works or services are procured, a clear procedure has to be followed to minimize the errors and maximize the benefits of the country. Tender procedures have been evolved and standard procurement procedures are available to provide consistency to the process. The vital part of the tender process is Evaluation. Generally the bids will be evaluated in three major areas. i.e. Technical, Financial and Administrative. Generally, the contract should be awarded to the tenderer submitting the lowest bid and the responsive bidder has to sign the agreement with the purchaser providing a performance security. Thereafter the project has to be completed as per the signed agreement. On completion, the certificate of completion will be issued. Thereafter the payment will be released after checking variations and final accounts by authorized officials.
